We use following courier services :

    • Domestic: SICEPAT
    • Other Countries -International: EMS POS INDONESIA (, Hongkong, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, United Arab Emirates)

Domestic Orders: Please allow up to 2 - 5 business days for shipping depending on the destination cities (Certain distant cities might added more days).

International Orders: Please allow 5 - 15 working days for international shipping. 

When placing your order, please take into consideration that we ship orders Monday through Friday. Payment confirmation received on weekends and holidays will be checked on the next business day. 

Please allow 1 day after payment confirmation for us to check your payment, do quality control of your merchandise, and pack your order before we ship them on the next day.
*For personalized items, it may take up to 3 business days for preparation.

We will deliver your purchased item(s) once we have received invoiced full amount transfer.
PLEASE NOTE: We're unable to ship if problems occurred regarding the payment. 

You will be sent an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched with tracking information.


    • We offer free shipping in Indonesia on orders with minimum transaction of Rp 300.000.

    • Please refer to for domestic rates. International rates are upon request.
    • International rates may change based on exchanged rate. Shipping cost will appear together with your total after check out.
    • Customers will be charged shipping fees based on the weight of their order. If the accumulated weight exceeds 1 kg, another kg will be added to shipping fees. Weight of every item is stated on the product detail page.


    • We do not responsible in risk of loss of the merchandise after SICEPAT delivers to the address.
    • We do not take responsibility if SICEPAT can't deliver the package in time do to incomplete address, misspelled address or no recipient at the address. Please check your SICEPAT shipping code in the 'Track Order' links at the top of the page and call SICEPAT Customer Service.


Once your order has been shipped, you may find your tracking information by logging  into your account and viewing your orders.   


Returns can be made only for damaged or defective merchandise.

You should email us directly to upon receiving the merchandise:

    • Email us within 3 days after you receive the merchandise.
    • We will response to your email and ONLY after you get the email response you can return the merchandise and we will give you the designated address.
    • You will then have 3 days beginning after you receive our email response to send it back.
    • Merchandises have to be remained unused and keep all tags and original packing with them.

If the merchandise you returned is sold out, we will refund your money via Bank Transfers for domestic customers or PayPal for international customers. We are not responsible in taxes and duties charged for international customers.

These items are considered custom order items and are non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable.


Sale & Clearance items are considered final-sale items and cannot be returned.
